Dimensions and assumptions
All plan dimensions are your drawings in millimetres. Assumed, not drawn: floor to floor 3.3 m, slab 0.15 m, doors 2.0 to 2.4 m high, bedroom and kitchen windows 0.8 m sill and 1.7 m tall (45 cm fixed bottom, 125 cm four-leaf casement top), the emergency window has one casement leaf, middle awning windows: level 2 sill 1.1 m (1.0 m high), level 3 sill 1.5 m, 15 risers per stair flight, level 1 inox doors fold inward, rain edges over the south windows (40 mm out, 30 mm thick). Level 1 is aligned to the right edge of level 2 so the stair lines match, which makes levels 2 and 3 overhang 1.0 m to the west and 0.99 m to the south.
